Avoid production delays, make sure your order is complete.

To begin production, we need ALL of the following:

• DIGITIZING CHARGE: $ 50 (v) up to 7000 stitches - up to 8 thread colors
• TAPE EDITING: Add $25 (v) maximum reduction or enlargement 20%
• STRAIGHT LINE COPY / STOCK LETTERING: $25 (v) digitizing
• ADDITIONAL STITCHES: Add $25 (v) digitizing charge plus $.35 (v) running charge / 1000 additional stitches
• ADDITIONAL LOCATION EMBROIDERY: Add $50 (v) digitizing plus $2.00 (r) running charge / location - up to 3500 stitches
• LETTER HEIGHT: Minimum 1/4”
• METALLIC THREAD: Add $.20 (v) / 1000 stitches
• ADDITIONAL THREAD COLORS: Add $.30 (v) / unit / color (max 15 colors)
• THREAD COLOR MATCH: $50 (v) for non-stock thread colors. Exact color  may not be available. Allow 2-3 extra days.

Use of Logos:
The purchaser must indemnify Garyline of any liability arising out of or relating to any actual or alleged infringement of trademark, copyright, service mark, etc.

Union Logo:
is available on request on all USA made products.  We will only use USA product if a union logo is requested.

FTP Artwork Uploads:

• Go to www.garyline.com
• Click “Upload Artwork” and follow the instructions
• Must meet all the requirements for digital artwork files

PMS Match
Add $50 (v) / color for pad prints and silkscreens. PMS can only be guaranteed on white. PMS on Frost and Clear products may vary depending on light and surroundings. PMS match on light colors (like yellow and gray) will not be an exact match. PMS match on dark colors may need a white underlay, which requires an extra screen charge and running charge. White underlay is not possible for small text or fine details.

NOTE: PMS color matching is not available for hot stamping or full color digital printing.

IMPRINT METHOD: Factory reserves the right to choose the method of imprinting best suited to the order.

HOT STAMP IMPRINT cannot be guaranteed against rubbing off.

CHANGE OF IMPRINT COLOR: $25 (v) for all items.

THREAD COLOR MATCH: $50 (v) for non-stock thread colors. Exact color may not be available. Allow 2-3 additional days.

Claims & Returns:
All shipments leave the factory in good condition after inspection.  All shipments should be thoroughly checked upon arrival. Factory must be notified within 30 days of any defects, omissions or errors in manufacturing. Only authorized returns will be accepted. No credit will be issued if merchandise is not available for return. Garyline’s liability shall not exceed the value of the goods. Claims for lost or damaged merchandise, or concealed damage should be filed with delivering carrier. Leave shipment intact and file claim immediately. Blank unassembled goods, 40% restocking charge. Blank assembled goods are not returnable except for product defect.

THIRD PARTY & CUSTOMER DESIGNATED SHIPPERS:
If you provide a 3rd party account number or designate a specific carrier, you assume responsibility from the time the order is ready for pickup and are responsible for any lost or damaged goods.

EARLY SHIPMENTS will not be adjusted to a less expensive service

Shipping

F.O.B. Point: Bronx, NY

SPLIT DESTINATION: $10 (v) per destination

SPLIT SHIPMENT DATES: $25 (v) within 6 months.

HANDLING CHARGE: Add $10 (v) / shipment

US POSTAL SERVICE: Add $30 (v) for delivery to Post Office. We recommend only using traceable USPS services.

PALLETIZING: All truck shipments will be palletized and wrapped. Handling charge is $12 (z) / pallet on 3rd party or collect billing. Truck Shipments that will not be received at a loading dock must specify inside delivery or lift gate service.

SHIPPING WEIGHTS are approximate. Garyline is not responsible for the difference in actual freight vs. quoted estimates. Air & 3rd Party shipments are subject to dimensional weight regulations by individual carrier. Use the carton size listed on www.garyline.com for each product to calculate 3rd party freight.

EVENT / IN HAND DATES: Unless specified, we reserve the right to select the best method of shipping, including overnight air service to meet the event date specified on your purchase order. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Distributor / End User are responsible for the cost of goods if the shipper fails to deliver on time.

FREIGHT ESTIMATES: Are subject to change based on delivery time, loading dock availability and carrier surcharges.

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION: $35 (v) (except Canada)Prices do not include duties, taxes, broker fees or freight

CHANGE OF SHIP METHOD or SHIP-TO ADDRESS: Must be received 2 days prior to shipment. Change of address after order has been confirmed will be charged $10 (z) to reprint labels. If cartons have already been labeled add $1.00 (z) / carton.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES and zip codes are subject to $10 (z) / carton charge-back which will be invoiced later.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES: If residential delivery is not specified, distributor is responsible for carrier charge backs which will be invoiced later.

TRUCK SHIPMENTS: Special Handling such as lift-gate service or inside delivery, if not requested on the PO will be billed later.  Limited Access charges will also be billed later.

Standard Service - 5 Work Days

• 5-Day Service begins when we receive a PO, Usable Art  or Proof Approval and Credit Approval
• Production Time does not include day order is received.
• Send orders and art together to orders@garyline.com
• Email Proof will be sent on request within 1-2 days.
• Production times are for one color imprint.  Additional imprints, PMS matches and halftones will require an extra 1-3 work days   Above catalog quantities may also require additional time.
• Orders allowing fewer than 5 work days may be processed as rush service orders.  Rush pricing will be confirmed by fax or email if required.
• All orders subject to inventory availability and  factory acceptance based on our production schedule.

Rush Service

3-Day Rush Service must be clearly marked on the order.

• Paper Proof: Add one production day
• Order & Art Must be received by 4 PM Eastern
• Free 3-Day Service does not apply to better than EQP specials

Next Day Sprint Service must be clearly marked on the order

• Order & Art Must be received by 2 PM Eastern Time to ship Next Business Day.
• Paper Proof not available on 1-Day Service

Rush Orders are for One-Color Imprint only and must include Vector Art to size.

Rush Orders must have Correct Price, Style #, Product and Imprint Colors.

Rush Orders must include In-Hand Delivery Date and Ship Method.

Confirmation of price and other order details will cause delays.

Rush customers must have Established Credit and account must be current, otherwise time will begin after pre-payment including estimated freight charges.
